My Journey to Healing Through Dynamic Body Balancing

I’ve been on my own health journey for over 15 years now, and in that time I’ve tried nearly everything under the sun to feel better. I’ve had chronic back pain since my early twenties, which led me to explore countless forms of bodywork. Some were helpful, others not so much—but when I discovered Dynamic Body Balancing, everything began to shift.

At first, it was my back that improved. I won’t claim it’s never sore, but it’s usually comfortable now and continues to feel better as time goes on. Yet what truly surprised me was how much deeper the changes went.

When I began this work, I was navigating a difficult pregnancy and postpartum period. My body, my health, and my mental state were all struggling. I felt utterly drained by the demands of caring for a newborn and a three-year-old, and as a stay-at-home mom, I found myself counting the days until my next appointment.

During each session, I felt refilled, refreshed, and more like myself than at any other time. The effects would linger long afterward. I began to crave this work—not just physically, but on a deep, intuitive level. My body seemed to say, “Oh yes… this is what I needed.”

Over time, my health continued to improve. I started to feel whole again—to feel joy, enthusiasm, and even ambition to follow my dreams in a way I hadn’t for years. The word holistic couldn’t have been more fitting.

That’s what inspired me to go deeper. I spent a year immersed in training, practicing every chance I could, and continuing my own healing along the way. Through that process, I discovered that I absolutely love doing this work—and I feel so grateful to share it with others now.

If something about this resonates with you, I invite you to book a session. Let’s help you start feeling better, reconnecting with yourself, and discovering your own sense of wholeness too.
